(1) Personal data

According to Article 4 (1) of the GDPR, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, details such as your name, address, email address, telephone number or IP address. a) Log data / server log files

When this website is accessed, the IP address, date and time of access, the page visited and/or name of the file retrieved, the message confirming whether access to the page or retrieval of the file was successful, the host name, the amount of data transmitted and the web browser and operating system used are stored in a log file.

(3) Overriding legitimate interest as the legal basis

The lawful basis for the storage of log data is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. It is stored for 7 days exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the proper operation of the server. This interest in the operational security of the server overrides any interests in an immediate erasure of the above data. Moreover, you, the website visitor, have a similar interest in being able to access and use a website that is as secure as possible.

(4) Consent as the lawful basis

Without your consent, no personal data about you will be collected or stored - apart from the log data that is stored automatically (see above) and the data you enter voluntarily.
